We offer full refunds for cancellations made 30 days before the tour date (minus 5% processing fee). For cancellations 15-30 days before, we refund 70%. Cancellations within 15 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. In case of weather-related cancellations from our side, we offer full refunds or rescheduling.
